RAINBOW LEISURE CENTRE, EPSOM, SURREY
SIGN IN 4.40pm - 4.50pm (prompt)
INTO THE POOL - 5.00pm
WARM UP - 5.15pm - 5.55pm
START TIME - 6.00pm
FINISH 8.30pm (at the latest)
AWARDS - Gold, Silver, Bronze medals & 4th, 5th, 6th place RIBBONS - to be collected pool side on the night
