TO ALL CLUBS

Please distribute this plea to all parents of swimmers and put on your Notice Board.

In order to run the Age Group Championships we need Non-technical officials as well as all our qualified ones.

We need:

Warm-up marshalls

Programme seller(s) – at beginning of each session

Someone to give out the medals

Someone to keep the officials on poolside plied with drinks and sweets

Someone to put up the race results

Clerks of the course – i.e. people to organise the swimmers for their races

In addition at ALDERSHOT we need 3 people to be car park attendants until the beginning of the second session.

There will be no parking in front of the Garrison Pool. We will be using the hockey and tennis car parks.

Also at ALDERSHOT we need an ANNOUNCER.

I EXPECT AT LEAST ONE HELPER FROM EACH CLUB PLEASE PER DAY then it is not onerous on anyone

AND MORE FROM THE CLUBS WITH THE LARGER ENTRIES.

Unfortunately the committee cannot do every job – there aren’t that many of us.

E-mail me the name and contact details of your volunteers and what they would prefer to do.
